Tambo Mobiles, a new entrant in Indian mobile market, has today announced the launch a slew of smartphones and feature phones. The brand has introduced 6 new feature phones and 3 smartphones for the Indian market.
The smartphones will be categorized as ‘Superphones’ and will be available in three colours – Black, Champagne and Blue. Tambo Mobile will also be offering a plethora of feature phone range under its Powerphones category. The price range of Tambo’s Powerphones and Superphones will fall under Rs 600 to Rs 7,000.
Starting with the smartphones, the brand will introduce the devices with Infinity display, which will come with a screen size of 5.45-inch. The smartphones will be backed by a 3000mAh battery and the device will be powered by 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek processor. The phones will feature 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via micro SD card slot.
The Superphones will come with 8-megapixel Autofocus rear camera with LED flash and Samsung sensor, while for the front, there will be a 5-megapixel selfie shooter for video calling and selfies. The camera comes with Face beauty, burst mode, panorama mode and stickers. The devices will feature a fingerprint sensor and OTG support.
Tambo’s Powerphones will have features like dedicated music keys, time talker, 60-day battery standby, 22 Language support among others, making it useful for a diverse segment of people.The Superphones and Powerphones will be available at retail outlets spread across India.
