Sony Mobile is working on yet another large screen phablet called Xperia L4, according to PhoneArena.
The handset, codenamed Togari, reportedly has a 6.4-inch display with full 1080p HD resolution. This phablet’s display will be capable of supporting not only the finger and stylus, but also a pen or pencil. The Xperia L4 Togari is expected to launch at the IFA expo in Berlin in the month of August-September this year.
Sony seems to have used a new technology for its shatter-proof glass display. The 6.4-inch display might be bit less in terms of Pixel density when compared to other smaller screen devices.
This phablet will be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800/600 mobile Processor and will pack 2 GB RAM. The Chipset will also feature the Adreno 330 graphics chip that will drive the 13 Megapixel Exmor RS image sensor at the rear. There will be a 2 megapixel full HD supporting Exmor R camera in the front, added the report.
Monster-like Sony Xperia L4 Togari is set to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Note III, upcoming HTC T6 and many more large screen display bearing phablets expected later these year.
