Soft gold version of OnePlus 3 to land in July

Currently, only the graphite colour model is available

OnePlus has recently launched OnePlus 3 in India for Rs 27,999. The phone is available exclusively through Amazon.in through open sale. Currently, only the graphite colour model is available. But, there is also a soft gold version of OnePlus 3 which is not available right now.

However, as per OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, the soft gold version of OnePlus 3 will be available some time in July. Carl Pei actually revealed this while replying to a Twitter user. So we have to wait till next month for the soft gold version of OnePlus 3. However, it is not known whether the new version will be available in India or is meant for some countries only.

OnePlus has also recently launched five protective cases for OnePlus 3 smartphone in India. The cases – Kevlar, Bamboo, Black Apricot and Rosewood – are available on Amazon for Rs 1,499 each while the Sandstone case is available for Rs 899. Apart from these covers, OnePlus has launched the Dash Charge Car Charger accessory for the OnePlus 3, which is priced at Rs 2,299.

The OnePlus 3 has a 5.5 inch Optic AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that has full resolution. Just below the screen lies a home button which also acts as a fingerprint sensor. It has 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system based Oxygen OS. The OnePlus 3 has the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad core processor, Adreno 530 GPU and huge 6 RAM.

There is a 3000 Li-Po non-removable battery which has state-of-the-art Dash Charge technology that claims to replenish over 60 per cent of the battery within 30 minutes. OnePlus 3 boasts a16 rear camera with f2.0 aperture, 1.12 µm Pixels, phase detection auto focus feature and Optical Image Stabilisation. An 8 megapixel camera is there in its front for selfies.

The all-metal OnePlus 3 is just 7.3 mm thin and comes with an alert slider key as well. Besides, it has dual SIM, GPS, WiFi, WiFi Hotspot, Bluetooth, Hall sensor, Accelerometor, Gyroscope, Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, and eCompass.
