Smartphones, tablets launched this week – Sept 14-19

From Intex Aqua Power II to Motorola Moto X Play, several smartphones and a couple of tablets were launched this week.

It wasn’t an active week as far as launch of new smartphones and tablets are concerned. Still there were some notable devices which were released in the Indian market. Read on to find out more.

Motorola Moto X Play

The Motorola Moto X Play is armed with a 5.5 inch IPS display. It runs on Lollipop, and has an octa-core processor clocked at 1.7 GHz. The smartphone offers 2 RAM and a 128 GB microSD card slot. The phone comes in two models – the 16 GB model is priced at Rs 18,499 while the 32 GB model costs Rs 19,999.

The smartphone offers a 21 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera. The Moto X Play has dual-SIM, 4G, (A-GPS), Bluetooth, NFC, WiFi and a 3630 battery.

Micromax Canvas Laptab – Rs 14,999

The Micromax Canvas Laptab is equipped with a 10.1 inch IPS display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. It comes with a an attachable keyboard (with trackpad) with a magnetic dock. The tablet runs on Windows 10 and has a quad-core 1.3 GHz processor (with maximum clock speed of 1.86 GHz), which runs with 2 GB of RAM.

This hybrid tablet offers 16 GB of internal storage space along with a 64 GB microSD card slot. It has a 2 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera as well. The Micromax Canvas Laptab is a tablet and offers calling, WiFi, and Bluetooth. It has a huge 7700 mAh battery and comes with free Microsoft Office 365.

Intex Aqua Glam – Rs 7,690

The Intex Aqua Glam is equipped with a 4.7 inch HD IPS display. This Android Lollipop based phone has a quad-core 1.3 GHz processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM and a 32 GB microSD card slot. There is an 8 megapixel camera in its rear as well as front panels.

The Micromax Canvas Juice 3 is armed with a 5 inch HD IPS display. It runs on Android Lollipop, and has a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz, which runs with 2 GB of RAM. The of the Micromax Canvas Juice 3 stands at 8 GB, to which you can add another 32 GB via a microSD card.
