From LG Stylus 2 to Motorola Moto G4 Plus, the Indian market saw the launch of many decent.

It was another eventful week in the Indian smartphone market. It saw some very good smartphones getting launched this week which includes the Moto G4 Plus. Read on to find out what other devices were launched this week in India.

Smartron t.phone

Smartron announced the launch of a smartphone called ‘t.phone’ on Thursday. The phone has a price tag of Rs 22,999 and will be available for registration on gadget360.com and smartron.com. The product will be available on sale early June 2016 on Smartron tstore and Gadget360.com.

The Smartron t.phone comes with a metal body and has been launched in Sunrise Orange, Classic Grey, Metallic Pink and Steel Blue colours. It has a 5.5 inch full HD that has Corning Gorilla Glass as well as olephobic coating. It has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset that runs the phone with 4 GB of DDR3 RAM.

The t.phone has 64 GB of internal storage besides a micro SD card slot for additional storage. In the Smartron t.phone, there is a 13 megapixel rear camera that has 6P lens and f/2.0 aperture. This camera has phase detection auto focus feature and there are two LED flash lights to assist it in low light. A 4 megapixel camera with f/2.0 is in its front for selfies.

The Smartron t.phone boasts of four microphones for noise cancellation. It has WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, v4.1, LTE bands, GLONASS, USB 3.0 Type-C connector, a 3000 battery with Quick Charge 2.0 technology, barometer, 9-axis sensor hub, a proximity sensor, ambient light sensor and a hall sensor.

Panasonic Eluga I2 (2GB, 3 GB)

Panasonic launched 2 GB and 3 GB RAM variants of its Eluga I2 smartphone at Rs 7,990 and Rs 8,990 respectively. The other upgrades in the new variants are – front camera enhancement to 5 megapixel and Voice over LTE (VoLTE) support for Indian specific LTE brands- 3, 5 and 40. Both variants have 16 GB and expandable up to 32 GB with memory card.

The earlier Eluga I2 model, which is retailing online for Rs 6,790, has 1 GB RAM, 2 megapixel front camera, and 8 GB of internal memory.

The new Eluga I2 versions come with 5 inch HD IPS display. The new Eluga I2 models, which weigh 132 grams, have 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. Their 5 megapixel front camera also have LED flash light backing. The devices supports 4G VoLTE and have dual SIM -4G/3G/2G configuration, WiFi, WiFi Direct, WiFi hotspot, Bluetooth and A-GPS.

The Eluga I2 models come with 5.1 (Lollipop) OS, which is paired with Panasonic Fit Home for single hand operation with quick access to the applications. The device is available in three different colours – Metallic silver, metallic gold, and metallic grey.

Both 2 GB and 3 GB RAM models of Panasonic Eluga I2 have 2000 mAh battery. The company is offering the phones with protective screen guard as a free accessory worth Rs 399.

Motorola Moto G4 Plus

The Moto G4 Plus has been launched in two versions – one with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal at Rs 13499 and another with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of ROM at Rs 14,999.

The G4 Plus has 5.5 inch display with full HD and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is just 7.9 mm thick and has a 3000 mAh battery. It comes with turbo charger that claims to offer 6 hours of power in 15 minutes of charging.

The Moto G4 Plus is armed with 1.5 GHz octa core (Snapdragon 617), Adreno 405 graphics processor and the latest Android marshmallow operating system. The G4 Plus has a fingerprint sensor as well.

The Moto G4 Plus has 16 camera with PDAF, auto focus, laser auto focus for low light, Omni vision Pure sensor, professional mode, Auto HDR, panorama, ad drag to focus exposure features. It has a 5 megapixel front camera. Besides, it has 4G LTE connectivity, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and FM radio.

Micromax Canvas Evok

Micromax Canvas Evok smartphone, which was launched at Rs 8,499, is available from Flipkart.

The Micromax Canvas Evok features a 5.5-inch HD (720p) 2.5D glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It has a 1.4 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 (MSM8929) processor, which is assisted by 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and Adreno 405 GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and is backed up by a 3000 mAh battery, which claims to offer up-to 10 hours of talktime and up-to 337 hours of standby.

This Dual Sim smartphone comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera featuring 5P Largan Lens. On the front it offers 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling. Besides, it offers 4G LTE connectivity, Wifi (802.11 b/g/n), a MicroUSB 2.0 port, Bluetooth 4.0, G-Sensor, Proximity Sensor, and Light Sensor. Micromax Bolt Supreme

It has a price tag of Rs 2,749. The Micromax Bolt Supreme has a 1.2 GHz quad core processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal memory, expandable storage slot of up to 32GB, connectivity, 2 megapixel rear camera with flash light, front camera, 3.5 inch touchscreen, 1200 mAh battery, and Android L operating system.

Micromax Bolt Supreme 2

It was launched at Rs 2,999. The Micromax Bolt Supreme 2 has a 1.2 GHz quad core processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB inbuilt memory, 32GB micro SD card slot, 3G, 2 megapixel rear camera with flash light, VGA front camera, 3.9 inch display, 1400 mAh battery and Android L operating system.

Intex Aqua Secure

Aqua Secure, which comes with a fingerprint sensor, has a price tag of Rs 6,499.

The 4G-enabled Intex Aqua Secure comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with the finger print sensor at the back panel. The finger print supports features like clicking selfies, phone unlock, access to gallery.

The 1GB RAM and a 1GHz quad core Mediatek processor powers this phone which has Android Lollipop OS 5.1 operating system. Coolpad Max was launched in India at Rs 24,999. It will be available exclusively through Amazon from 12 PM of May 30 in rose gold and royal gold colours.

Coolpad Max has a metal unibody and a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080) 2.5D curved display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 anti-scratch and anti-fingerprint coating. The Coolpad Max comes in Snapdragon 615 and 617 64-bit octa-core processor variants. It has Adreno 405 GPU, 3GB/4GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB of internal storage, and a micro SD card slot. This 4G LTE smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with Coolpad’s custom UI on top of it and gets its strength from 2800 mAh battery.

ITEL smartphones, feature phones

ITEL launched three smartphones and three feature phones in India earlier this week. The smartphones which were launched today include IT1508, IT1511, and IT1410 which are priced at Rs 3,899, Rs 6,999 and Rs 3,399 respectively. The features phones are named as IT5231, IT5600 and IT2180 and are priced at Rs 1,296, Rs 973 and Rs 839 respectively.

The Wish it 1508 comes in dark blue and champagne gold colours. It has a 5 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. It has 512 RAM, 8 GB internal storage, 5 inch display, Android 5.1 operating system, 1.2 GHz quad core processor, dual SIM and a 2400 mAh Li-Ion battery.

The IT1511 comes in black and champagne gold colours. It has an 8 megapixel rear camera, 2 megapixel front camera, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB of internal memory, 5 inch display, Android Marshmallow operating system, 1 GHz quad core processor, dual SIM and a 2500 mAh battery.

The IT1410 comes in gun black colour with 2 megapixel rear camera, 0.3 megapixel front snapper, 512 MB RAM, 8 GB of internal memory, 4 inch display, Android 4.4.2 operating system, 1.3 GHz dual core processor, dual SIM and a 2800 mAh battery.

The SmartSelfie it2180, SmartSelfie it5231 and SmartPower it5600 are GPRS-enabled feature phones. The it5231, it2180 and it5231 have 2500 mAh, 1000 mAh and 1900 mAh battery respectively.

LG Stylus 2

LG launched the successor of LG G4 Stylus in India this passing week at Rs 20,500. The phone, named as LG Stylus 2, will be made available for purchase in the coming days. The Stylus 2 comes in two colour variants- titan, and brown.

LG Stylus 2 comes with a stylus pen, which comes with a nano-coated tip while its predecessor has a rubber-tip. It has a 5.7-inch HD (1280× 720 pixels) IPS in-cell touch display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, which is paired with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 304 GPU. The smartphone runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with LGUI 5.0 on top of it and has a decent 3000 mAh battery removable battery.

LG Stylus 2 comes with 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable via a micro SD card. The device boasts a 13-megapixel rear camera, which comes with an LED Flash, and an 8-megapixel front snapper. Besides, the smartphone offers 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS,a port, Proximity, Accelerometer, Digital compass, Ambient light, and Hall IC. The handset measures 155 x 79.6 x 7.4mm and weighs 145 grams.
