Samsung has launched an entry level smartphone, Galaxy Star, for Rs 5,240. The Samsung Galaxy Star is a dual SIM phone powered by A5 1 GHz Processor and the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
The phone has a 3 inch capacitive touch screen, 2 megapixel camera at the back, Bluetooth 4.0, 512 MB RAM, and 4 GB internal memory. The smartphone is powered with 1200 mAh battery.
Vodafone is also offering 250 MB data per month for 2 months to the buyers of the handset. However, the offer is applicable on Vodafone 2G on purchase of Samsung Galaxy Star till July 31.
