Samsung has announced the Galaxy J4 Core as the company latest Android Oreo (Go edition) smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy J4 Core is the successor of the Galaxy J2 Core which was launched in India in August this year with a price tag of Rs. 6,190.
The Samsung Galaxy J4 Core comes in Black, Gold and Blue colours. The official price and availability details of the Galaxy J4 Core is yet to be announced.
The Samsung Galaxy J4 Core sports a 6-inch HD+ display with 720×1480 pixel resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by 1.4Ghz quad-core Exynos 7570 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The device comes with 16GB of internal storage and an expandable memory up to 512GB via a microSD card.

After Samsung Galaxy J2 Core, J4 Core is the second smartphone from Samsung that comes with Android Oreo (Go Edition). For the unintended, Android Go programme was introduced by Google that comes with a lite version of Android Oreo and is meant for low-end devices that run on 1GB of RAM or low.
The Galaxy J4 Core include an 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 Aperture and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with the same aperture. The device gets its power from 3,300mAh battery. It measures 160.6 x 76.1 x 7.9 mm and weighs 177 grams. The phone has standard connectivity options like 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS and Micro-USB.
