Samsung Galaxy S8+ 64GB price slashed

The Samsung Galaxy S8+ 4GB RAM comes in Coral Blue, Maple Gold, Midnight Black and Orchid Grey colours

The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ flagship smartphones were launched in India in April this year for Rs 57,900 and Rs 64,900 respectively. Later on, the Galaxy S8+ was launched in a new variant with 6GB and 128GB internal storage at Rs 74,900. Now, as per Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom, the Galaxy S8+ smartphone with 64GB internal storage has got price cut and it is now available for Rs 58,900. The Samsung Galaxy S8+ 4GB RAM is now selling in Coral Blue, Maple Gold, Midnight Black and Orchid Grey colours on Flipkart as well as official Samsung online store.

Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ recently received a price cut of Rs 4,000 in India as a part of Samsung’s Navratra Special offer. Interestingly, the Samsung Galaxy S8+ 6GB RAM variant also received Rs 9,000 price cut in just two months of launch. The smartphone, which was launched with a price tag of Rs 74,990 was available for Rs 65,990.

As far as specifications of Galaxy S8+ are concerned, it features a 6.2-inch Quad-HD Infinity display with a screen of 2960 x 1440 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The device is powered by the latest Exynos 8895 which is an Octa-Core clocked at 2.3 GHz coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.

On the camera front, the Galaxy S8 S8+ is equipped with a 12-megapixel rear camera with Dual Pixel technology and f/1.7 and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with smart and aperture f/1.7.MP F1.7 Smart autofocus front camera.

It runs on the latest 7.0 Nougat and is juiced up by a 3500mAh battery with fast charging on wired and wireless. On the connectivity front, the smartphone supports 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, USB Type-C, GPS, and 4G LTE. The Samsung Galaxy S8+ measures 159.5 x 73.4 x 8.1 mm and 173g.
