Recently, Samsung launched its A series – Galaxy A8 (2018) and Galaxy A8+ (2018) smartphones. Now the Samsung Galaxy J2 (2018) which has been surfacing in leaks for a long time now has again surfaced with full specifications and renders.
A German Site winfuture.de has posted official images and specifications of the Galaxy J2 (2018). As per the website, the smartphone will feature a 5 inch Super AMOLED Display with qHD 540 x 960 resolution. It will be powered by 1.4GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor which will be coupled with 1.5GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. It is also expected to feature a microSD card slot.
For the camera, there will be an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. Both the cameras will have LED flash. The Samsung Galaxy J2 (2018) will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will be backed up by 2,600 mAh battery. For connectivity, the device will have dual sim support, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11n and micro-USB port. The phone will weigh 153 grams, as per the specifications leaked.

The leak says the device will be launched in Russia for under 8,000 Rubles which translates to around Rs 8,756. It is expected to come in Black and Gold colour options as shown in the above images.
