Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro spotted on Indian import tracking website

The Zauba listing indicates that Galaxy C5 Pro smartphone will be launched in India in the coming days.

The Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro is now listed on Indian export import website Zauba with model no Samsung SM-C5010. This means that the phone may get launched in India, though Samsung has not said anything about it yet.

As per the Zauba listing, the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro is carrying a price tag of Rs 20,483. Sadly, apart from this, there’s no other information on Zauba. As per the listing, 2 units of Samsung SM-C5010 have been imported from South Korea to India for testing.

Along with Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro, Samsung is also working on Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro. As per earlier reports, Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro will come with the model number SM-C5010 and the Galaxy C7 Pro will come with the model number SM-C7010. Further, the C5 Pro will be powered by Snapdragon 625 and the C7 Pro will be powered by Snapdragon 626 chipset.

Last month, Galaxy C7 Pro was spotted entering India on the import tracker website Zauba. Previously both of these smartphones have been rumoured to be in works. Both the devices seem to be successors to Galaxy’s C5 and C7 which were launched in June 2016. However, Samsung failed to launch both the devices in India so we are not so sure if the Pro variants will launch in India or not.

As far as specifications are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy C5 offers a 5.2-inch display with full (1920 x 1080 pixels) Super AMOLED display. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 617 (4 x 1.5GHz + 4 x 1.2GHz) processor and Adreno 405 GPU. The phone has a 128 expandable memory slot. The smartphone runs on 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system and is backed up by a 2,600 battery. The device also features a fingerprint sensor on the home button.

The Samsung Galaxy C5 flaunts a 16-megapixel shooter on the back with dual-tone LED flash, f/1.9 and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. On the connectivity front, the device offers Hybrid Dual SIM, LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and a port. The handset measures 145.9 x 72 x 6.7 mm and weighs 143 grams.

On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy C7 offers a 5.7-inch display with full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) Super AMOLED display. It is powered by a 2 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor and Adreno 506 GPU. The phone has 4GB RAM, 128GB expandable memory slot, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system and a 3,300 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. The device also features a fingerprint sensor on the home button.

The Samsung Galaxy C7 flaunts a 16-megapixel shooter on the back with dual-tone LED flash, f/1.9 aperture and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. On the connectivity front, the device offers Hybrid Dual SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and a micro USB port. The handset measures 156.6 x 77.2 x 6.7 mm and weighs 165 grams.
