Reliance Digital has launched an Android smartphone, named as Reconnect, with quad core processor and 4.7 inch screen for Rs 12,999. Reliance Digital deals with consumer electronics and is a part of Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries (RIL) which is set to launch 4G services through its Reliance Jio venture.
The Reliance Reconnect RPSPE4701 has a 4.7 inch IPS display with high definition resolution. It comes with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, a 1.3 GHz quad core processor of unspecified maker, and 1 GB DDR3 RAM. The smartphone has decent 8 GB internal storage and an expandable storage slot that can accommodate a micro SD card of up to 32 GB.
The Reconnect has a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. There is an LED flash in its back panel as well. This dual SIM smartphone comes with 3G connectivity, WiFi, and Bluetooth. It has a 2000 mAh Li-Ion battery that claims to offer 8-10 hours of back up.
It comes in black and white colours and comes with one warranty.
