Realme has launched a new variant of its U1 smartphone with 3GB RAM and 64GB storage for Rs 10,999. The new variant will go on sale via Amazon starting 10 April on Amazon India and Realme’s own website.
Apart from this newly launched variant, the Realme U1 comes in two more variants. The base variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage is available at Rs 9,999 while the top variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage at Rs 11,999.
The news comes from Realme’s official Twitter handle which revealed that the new variant of Realme U1 has been launched. To recall, the Realme U1 features a 6.3-inch Full HD+ dewdrop display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P70 2.1GHz octa-core processor and ARM G72 GPU coupled with 3GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It’s backed by a 3500mAh battery and it runs on Android 8.1 Oreo, which is based on ColorOS 5.2.
There’s a dual camera set up at the back which equips a 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.2 Aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 aperture, coupled with an LED flash. For the front, there is a 25-megapixel Sony IMX576 sensor with f/2.0 aperture, 1.8-micron pixels, and 4-in-1 pixels tech and AI beautify feature that scans 296 facial recognition points and studio portrait lighting modes.
