POCO, the sub-brand from Xiaomi, has announced a permanent price cut to the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model of the Poco F1 smartphone. The phone which was available for Rs 22,999 prior to this update has been brought down to Rs 20,999 after a Rs 2,000 price drop.
The discounted pricing will be available across Flipkart and Mi.com. It’s not to be confused with Xiaomi’s previous price drop of the same model which was only valid for a limited time, which was from March 25 – 28. Starting today, the Poco F1 6GB + 128GB version can be bought in Rosso Red, Steel Blue and Graphite Black colours for Rs 20,999.

Customers can also buy Poco F1 6GB+64GB variant for Rs 19,999 and the 8GB+256GB variant for Rs 27,999 on Mi.com, Flipkart and Mi Home Stores. These models are sold at their regular price tags.
The Poco F1 runs on Android 9 Pie and MIUI 10 and its latest MIUI 10.3.4.0 update brought 4K 60fps video, Widevine L1 and Game Turbo mode on the phone.
The smartphone is the cheapest flagship to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. It comes loaded with a 6.18-inch Full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. The phone is available in 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB storage options.
On the camera front, it features a dual rear camera setup with a combination of 12-megapixel primary Sony IMX363 sensor with dual pixel autofocus, with dual LED Flash, 1.4μm pixel size and a 5-megapixel secondary Samsung sensor. It has a 20-megapixel selfie camera along with support for IR face unlock feature. The device is backed up by 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support.
