Panasonic has introduced a new smartphone for the Indian market known as Panasonic P9. Priced at Rs 6,490, the smartphone is available on all Panasonic brand shops and retail outlets across the country and it comes in Champagne Gold and Black colour variants.
Panasonic P9 features a 5-inch HD IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and Asahi Dragon Trail. Under the hood, there is a 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MTK6737 processor along with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via micro SD card slot.
On the camera front, the smartphone features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f2.0 aperture and for the front, there is a 5-megapixel shooter with f2.4 aperture. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and is backed up by a 2210mAh battery. On the connectivity front, the device support 4G, VoLTE, dual-SIM support, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, OTG support and micro USB port. The device has sensors like Proximity, Accelerometer & Ambient Light Sensor and it weighs 144 grams.
