Oppo has announced the launch of Oppo Joy Plus smartphone in India for Rs 6,990.
The Oppo Joy Plus, which is 9.9 mm thick, has a 4 inch IPS touchscreen with 800×480 pixels resolution.
Oppo Joy Plus claimed to have a sensitive touch screen which can be used even when your hands are gloved or wet.
It has a 1.3 GHz Mediatek MT6572 dual core processor and 1 GB RAM. There is a micro SD card slot but it has ordinary 4 GB of internal storage. The Oppo Joy Plus is based on the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and has Oppo’s Color OS interface. There is a 1700 mAh Li-Ion battery in the phone which is removable. Disappointingly, the phone has a meagre 3 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. Both the cameras use F/2.8 aperture and there is a flash light in its back panel too.
Other than that, the Oppo Joy Plus has two SIM card slots offering 3G connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and WiFi.
