Opera Software has released an updated Opera Mini 4.5 version mobile web Browser for the basic Java platform powered mobile phones. Promising faster and efficient mobile web browsing experience, the Opera Mini 4.5 brings in a Download Manager, Privacy Mode and also a new fresh look for the smaller screens.
