OnePlus has announced its sixth-anniversary sale in India. The sale will kickstart from December 06, 2019 and it will last until December 17, 2019.
During the sale period, customers will get discounts from Rs 2,000 up to Rs 6,000 on the purchase of OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7T smartphones. Furthermore, users will get an instant discount of Rs 2,000, Rs 1,500 and Rs 3,000 on the purchase of OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro respectively across all OnePlus platforms on HDFC credit and debit cards.
Additionally, the company is offering no-cost EMI up to six months on Amazon, OnePlus website and OnePlus experience stores on the purchase of OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro. OnePlus has also announced that existing OnePlus users can exchange their older OnePlus devices and gain a cashback of Rs 2,000 on the purchase of any OnePlus 7 Series device on Amazon and OnePlus Experience Stores.
Meanwhile, CERT-In, India’s cybersecurity agency, as issued an advisory related to a possible security breach on OnePlus smartphones. Agency has advised OnePlus users to charge OnePlus account Password and avoid falling prey to spam messages and phishing emails. In its advisory, the agency said that OnePlus has clarified that no payment card, bank account details or passwords were breached and all affected users have been notified by email.
