Nubia Z17 miniS announced with 6GB RAM, dual rear and front camera setup

The smartphone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system based Nubia UI 5.0 on top and gets its strength from a non-removable 3200mAh battery.

Along with Nubia Z17S, Chinese smartphone brand ZTE has today also launched Nubia Z17 miniS in China. The Nubia Z17 miniS is priced at 1999 Yuan which is approximately Rs 19,735. It will be available for sale from October 19 in China. The Nubia Z17 miniS comes in Black Gold and Deep Blue colour options. An Aegean blue colour variant of Nubia Z17 miniS has also been announced at 2099 Yuan which is approximately Rs 20,725.

The Nubia Z17 miniS feature a 5.2-inch full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display curved glass display with 450 nits brightness, 85% NTSC colour gamut, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is fueled by an octa-core Snapdragon 653 processor coupled with the Adreno 510 GPU. The smartphone comes with 6GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage with no option for expansion. The smartphone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system based Nubia UI 5.0 on top and gets its strength from a non-removable 3200mAh battery. There is also a fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button in the front panel of the device.

On the camera front, the Nubia Z17 miniS also features four cameras – a dual rear and front camera setup just like the Nubia Z17S. There are two 13-megapixel rear shooters with IMX258 sensor by Sony. One of them in RGB with a f/2.2 aperture, while the other is monochrome. The device has dual front cameras in a combination of a 16-megapixel with F/2.0 aperture, 80-degree wide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel with F/2.2 aperture. Besides, the smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, USB-Type C and NFC. The handset measures 147.5 × 71.2 × 7.6 mm and weighs 155 grams.
