Nubia to unveil a new smartphone in India, Nubia M2 Lite expected

The smartphone is expected to be priced under Rs 18,000.

Nubia is all set to launch a new smartphone in India soon. The company has started sending the teaser images, alongside few details via press note to create the hype around its upcoming smartphone. As of now, Nubia has not revealed the name and exact date of launch of this upcoming smartphone. However, a day before we have reported that the Nubia M2 Lite is expected to be launched in India in the second or third week of May and is expected to be priced at Rs 18,000.

Split screen for while you are on the move. Long screen shots to share every detail of an article you want to share. Screen recording makes sharing and uploading of videos so much easier”, Nubia revealed few features of the new phone in the press note.

To recollect, The Nubia M2 Lite price in China starts at 1799 Yuan which is approximately Rs 17,010. The Nubia M2 Lite comes with a rear camera of 13-megapixel. The rear camera comes with f/2.2 aperture, 5P lens, and dual tone LED flash. On the front, it sports the 16-megapixel front camera.

The Nubia M2 Lite comes in two variants – 3GB RAM with 64GB of internal storage and 4GB RAM with 32GB of internal storage. Both the variants are expandable to 128GB via micro sd card. It features the 5.5 inch HD display with 1280 x 720-pixel resolution powered by octa-core 64-bit processor with MediaTek MT6750 chipset and Mali T860 GPU. The Nubia M2 Lite runs on Nubia UI 4.0 based on Android Nougat operating system and will be backed up by 3000 mAh battery with 5V/2A fast charging support. The M2 Lite also comes with a front facing home button featuring the fingerprint sensor. The device measures 155.73 x 76.7 x 7.5 mm and weighs 164 grams.
