Nokia E1 new details leaked, to come with Snapdragon 425 SoC, 2GB RAM

The alleged Nokia E1 has already got the 3C certification in China.

Recently, we have seen a entry-level Nokia branded phone with model number ‘TA-1000’ getting the 3C certification in China, which as per reports could be launched as Nokia E1 smartphone. Now new leaks and details of Nokia E1 smartphone has been surfaced online.

If new leaks are to be believed, the entry-level Nokia E1, an Android based smartphone is said to come equipped with 1.4 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor, along with Adreno 308 graphics processor. The smartphone will come with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The smartphone is expected to feature 5.2 or 5.3-inch display with resolution of 720 x1280 pixels. On the camera front, the Nokia E1 will sport a 13-megapixel rear camera with flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

As per earlier report, the smartphone is expected to comes with pre-installed Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.

As per earlier 3C certification listing, the phone will come with standard 5V/2A charging, hence there will be no support and it will be a TD-LTE variant. Further, HMD Global is listed as manufacturer and the factory is listed as FIH Precision Electronics Co. Ltd. (Foxconn Technology Group).

Earlier in the day, we have reported the launch of Nokia’s mid-range Android smartphone in China, named Nokia 6. It is the first Nokia branded Android smartphone after HMD Global announced to enter the mobile market last month with an exclusive 10-year global brand license agreement with Nokia. We already seen launch of Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual SIM features phone by HMD Global last month.
