Nokia 7.1 receives a price cut in India

The smartphone was launched in the country for Rs 19,999.

HMD Global has reportedly slashed the price of its Nokia 7.1 smartphone in India. The smartphone was launched in the country for Rs 19,999.

The brand has slashed the price of the latest smartphone by Rs 3,000. With this, the phone is available at a price tag of Rs 16,999. The new prices are available across retail stores and it was reported by Mumbai-based retailer, Mahesh Telecom.

To recall, the smartphone was launched in India in November last year. The phone features a 5.84-inch Full (1080×2280 pixels) display with 19:9 aspect ratio, HDR10 support, and 3 protection.

The device is powered by 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 with Adreno 509 GPU. It comes with 4GB of and 64GB of internal storage and is expandable memory up to 400GB with microSD.

For optics, the smartphone features a dual rear camera setup, which comes with a combination of 12-megapixel primary camera with f/1.8 aperture,1.28 um pixel size, ZEISS optics and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture, 1.12um pixel size. For the front, it has an 8-megapixel camera with f/2.0 and 84-degree field-of-view.
