Nokia 5 gets a price cut in India

Flipkart is also offering some interesting offers on the Nokia 5 smartphone. It comes with a 5.2-inch HD IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

Nokia 5, which was launched in India in June last year, has received a price cut in India. The smartphone, which was launched at Rs 13,499, is now available at a discounted price.

After the price cut, the phone is now priced at Rs 9,999 on Flipkart for the 3GB RAM and 16GB storage option. This reflects a price cut of Rs 3,500. This is not it, Flipkart is also offering some interesting offers on the Nokia 5 smartphone. To start with, users will get no Cost starting at Rs 1,667 per month. Users will also get up to Rs 9300 off on exchange of their old smartphone. Further, MasterCard users will get 10 per cent instant discount for first online payment. Apart from this, HDFC Bank credit cards will get 5 per cent off on EMI transactions and 5 per cent off with Axis Bank Buzz credit card.

Recollecting some key specifications, the Nokia 5 comes with a 5.2-inch HD IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The phone runs on 7.1.1 Nougat and it is backed by a 3000mAh battery.

For optics, the Nokia 5 is equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, 1.12-micron pixel size, dual-tone LED flash while at the front we get an 8-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, 84-degree field of view and autofocus. For connectivity, we get (USB 2.0), USB OTG, Wi-Fi, 4.1, and GPS.
