Nokia, which has announced three Android phones today at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (Spain), has also announced two new handsets – Nokia 220 and Nokia Asha 230.
The Nokia 220 is an entry level handset but offers internet access. It is priced at just €29 or about Rs 2,500. It comes pre-loaded with Facebook and Twitter right out of the box. Besides, it has MP3 player, video player and FM radio (headset required), and six Gameloft games – Asphalt 6 Adrenaline, Assassin Creed, Block Breaker 3, Brain Challenge 3 and Modern Combat 2.
The dual SIM Nokia 220 offers a 2.4 inch screen, a 2 Megapixel rear camera, and a 32 GB micro SD card support.

Connectivity wise, the dual SIM Nokia 220 has a Micro USB port for data transfer and charging, and Bluetooth 2.1 with Nokia SLAM; a feature that allows you to share multimedia content like photos and videos with nearby friends, wirelessly, and almost instantly.
It offers 13-hour talk time. The Nokia 220 comes in a range of eye-catching, inherent colored covers – red, black, white, yellow, cyan – with matching keypads.

Nokia Asha 230
The Nokia Asha 230, priced at €45 or about Rs 3,800 respectively. It offers a 2.8-inch QVGA capacitive display, a 32 GB micro SD card slot, and has dual SIM as well. It too comes preloaded with popular social-networking apps, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, LINE and WeChat.
It has Nokia Xpress Browser – a cloud-powered browser that compresses Internet data and claims to consume less data than other browsers.
