Motorola’s upcoming E-series has been doing rounds on the internet for a while now. We already know that we will have at leasttwo members to its family although we didn’t know much about them up until now. Touted to be named as Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus, the latest leaks has now revealed the full specs sheet of both the smartphones along with the pricing.
The Moto E4 Plus is reported to come with price tag of EUR 190 (approx. Rs 13,284), whereas the Moto E4 would be priced around EUR 150 (approx. Rs 10,487). The Moto E4 will come in grey, gold and blue colour variants, while its elder sibling will probably have only grey and gold colour options.
To start with the Moto E4 Plus for the specifications, the smartphone will come with a 5.5-inch HD display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, while the smaller sibling (Moto E4) will boast a 5.0-inch screen with the same resolution. Under the hood, both the smartphones are said to be powered by a MediaTek MT6737M quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. The Moto E4 Plus will be backed by either 2GB or 3GB RAM, while the E4 will come with 2GB of RAM with both of them sporting a 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable.
On the camera front, the Moto E4 Plus will feature a 13-megapixel rear camera, while the E4 will come loaded with an 8-megapixel rear shooter. Both the smartphones will come with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.
Both the devices will run on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat, which would be a welcome move. But the star of the show will be the battery. The Moto E4 Plus is touted to come with a 5,000mAh battery, while the smaller variant will boast 2,800mAh. On the connectivity front, both of them will support 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC (optional), WLAN 802.11 a / b / g / n and GPS. The Moto E4 Plus will measure 155.0 x 72.3 x 9.55mm and weighs 198 grams, while the Moto E4 will measure 144.7 x 72.3 x 8.99 millimetres and weighs 151 grams.
