Micromax’s subsidiary brand, Yu today unveiled the successor of Yu Yureka today.The new smartphone is called Yu Yuphoria and is priced at Rs 6,999. It will be available from Amazon.in and registration for the same will start at 5 PM today while sales will start from 28th May.
The Yu Yuphoria has an 8 megapixel rear camera with F/2.2 aperture, 1.4 pixel size, and has the backing of an flash light. There is a 5 megapixel camera in its front.
The Yuphoria has a 5 inch display with 294 ppi pixel density and a Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone comes with a metal body and has the 64 bit, Snapdragon 410 quad core processor that has a clock speed of 1.2 GHz. It offers 16 GB ROM and 2 GB RAM. As expected, it comes with the Android 5.0 on top of which it has Cyanogen. The Yu Yuphoria comes with a 2230 mAh battery.
