Micromax has announced on-spot service with Instant repair or replacement offer for its latest flagship – Canvas Unite 4 Plus. The Canvas Unite 4 Plus is one of the most important devices of the company and Micromax claims that it has sold over 2.5 million handsets till date.
According to Micromax, it has increased its focus on product quality and service experience and as a result of which, it has witnessed a 25% decline in service calls. Micromax claims to have hugely invested in smart training and extensive skills “which has significantly improved the customer service section of the company”. The company claims that it has resolved over 85% of service requests within 4 in the last one year.
Adding to this, the company has now come up with this latest on-spot free service warranty and replacement guarantee which is applicable for 6 months from date of purchase of the product. The company also extensively spread out the services with over 800 service centres across 600 cities.
“We have always stressed on the importance of ensuring service quality and are confident of our progress in enhancing the customer service experience for our consumers. A recent survey by IMRB also shows that Micromax’s customer satisfaction levels have increased by 15% over the last year. As far as the device is concerned, Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Plus is currently selling for Rs 7,999 and comes with Indus 2.0 OS and supports 12 regional languages. It also comes with a metal body design and has a finger print scanner.
