Micromax has finally announced the launch of Canvas Doodle 3. The handset is priced at Rs 8,500 and will hit the market this Friday.
Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 comes with a 6 inch touchscreen with 480×854 pixels resolution. To run this huge phone, there is a meager 2500 mAh battery only which claims to provide 9 hours of talktime.
Also, the Doodle 3 has a 1.3 GHz dual core Mediatek Processor and the older Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The phone has lowly 512 MB RAM which may not be enough for playing mid to high end games. Storage wise too it is quite average with 4 GB ROM and 32 GB expandable storage slot.
The Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 has a 5 Megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. It is a dual SIM smartphone and comes with WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, and a 3.5 mm jack. It will come in Blue and White colours.
In contrast, the older Canvas Doodle 2 and Doodle A111 have quad core processor and Android Jelly Bean operating system. They have much better camera as well as storage too. To compare the specifications of older Doodle devices with Doodle 3, click here.
