Recently we have reported that Micromax Bharat 2 smartphone was found listed as coming soon on one of the Indian online retailer with price tag of Rs 2,999. Now Mahesh Telecom, a Mumbai retailer, is claimed to be offering Micromax Bharat 2 smartphone for purchase offline at Rs 3,499 against the market price of Rs 3,750.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Bharat 2 has a polycarbonate body and feature a 4-inch display with WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) resolution. This VoLTE supported smartphone is powered by the 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC9832) processor, along with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
On the camera front, the Bharat 2 offers 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA resolution) front-facing camera. The smartphone is backed up by a 1300mAh Li-Ion removable battery. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi-802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, GPS, a microUSB port and Accelerometer. The handset measures 120 x 63.6 x 10.05 mm.
