Meizu had last month launched its Meizu M6 Note smartphone in China. The Chinese company has now unveiled a special edition One Piece themed unit. The new One Piece Special Edition comes in two variants – one with 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage is priced at 1,699 Yuan (which is approximately Rs 16,753) and another 4GB RAM with 64 GB internal storage which is priced at 2,399 Yuan (which is approximately Rs 23,655). It will be available for purchase on September 25 in China.
The new Meizu M6 Note One Piece Special Edition comes painted with a dark red back with yellow Antenna lines. At the bottom, there is the logo of the Straw Hat Pirates in yellow colour. The front panel of the phone is black in colour but the company has added a red accent to the fingerprint scanner aka mBack button. The Meizu M6 Note One Piece Limited Edition comes with a special packaging. The box is painted in black and loaded with a picture of the entire Straw Hat Pirates. There comes also a protective case alongside a red cable and red wall charger.
Apart from the differences in its physical appearance, the Meizu M6 Note comes with a similar specs sheet as the existing Meizu M6 Note. The Meizu M6 Note comes with a metal unibody and features a 5.5-inch full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS 2.5D curved display. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz with Adreno 506 GPU. All the three variants of the phone support MicroSD card. The smartphone runs Android 7.1.2 Nougat wrapped under Flyme OS 6.
The Meizu M6 Note gets its strength from a 4000 mAh battery and comes with mCharge 18W Fast charging technology. On the camera front, it comes with dual rear camera setup with 12-megapixel with high-end Sony IMX362 or Samsung 2L7 CMOS camera sensors, dual-tone quad-LED flash, f/1.9 aperture, 1.4um pixel size, 6P lens and 5-megapixel with f/2.0 aperture. On the front, it has a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling with f/2.0 aperture, 5P lens. The smartphone houses a (mTouch) fingerprint scanner, which is integrated into the home button and claims to unlock smartphone in just 0.2 seconds. This smartphone supports 4G network with VoLTE and offers Hybrid Dual SIM, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS. The smartphone measures 154.6 x 75.2 x 8.35 mm and weighs 173 grams.
