Meizu E3 launched with Snapdragon 636 SoC and 6GB RAM

The Meizu E3 features a 5.99-inch full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. The display will be covered by a 2.5D curved glass on top.

Meizu has today finally launched its new smartphone in China, named as Meizu E3. The Meizu E3 comes in two variants – one with 6GB with 64GB internal storage and another 6GB RAM with 128 internal storage priced at 1799 Yuan (which is approximately Rs 18,500) and 1999 Yuan (which is approximately Rs 20,500) respectively. The smartphone comes in three colours- Black, Champagne Gold and Blue and it will be made available for order from March 26 onwards. The Meizu E3 will go on sale from March 31 in China.

The Meizu E3 features a 5.99-inch full display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. The display will be covered by a 2.5D curved glass on top. Meizu E3 is powered by 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 processor. The comes loaded with Adreno 509 GPU.

Meizu E3 has a 6GB RAM and 64GB and 128GB internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB with microSD. The smartphone runs 7.1.2 Nougat wrapped under Flyme OS 6.3. The battery will have 3,360 mAh capacity with support for 20W that can charge from 0 to 53% in 30 minutes. It has a Super mBack fingerprint scanner on its right side to unlock with the phone in just 0.2 seconds and allows users perform various actions

For the camera department, the device features dual rear cameras of a 12-megapixel primary camera with Sony IMX362, f/1.9 aperture, dual-tone flash and a 20-megapixel secondary rear camera with Sony IMX350 sensor, f/2.6 aperture. For the front, it has an 8-megapixel with a f/2.0 camera for selfies and video calling. Connectivity features of Meizu E3 include hybrid dual-SIM support, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802 b/g/n, 5, and Type C. The smartphone measures 156.8 x 75 x 7.6 mm and weighs 160 grams.
