LG Stylo 2 Plus spotted with Android 7.0 Nougat

The device was originally launched with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.

LG had launched LG Stylus 2 Plus last year with 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Now the LG Stylo 2 Plus seems to be getting Nougat operating system update soon as the device with model number LG-K530 has been spotted on a GeekBench website. This means that LG is perhaps testing the latest software and may release the same for the device soon.

The specs revealed by the Geekbench listing are same which were revealed at the launch time except now it shows Android 7.0 Nougat in the Operating System. The device was originally launched with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.

In the GeekBench listing, the LG Stylo 2 Plus got 581 points in single-core test and in muli-core test it received 2027 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, the LG Stylo 2 Plus has 2GB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 GHz octa-core processor. The handset is based on the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.

As far as specifications are concerned, the LG Stylus 2 Plus features a 5.7-inch (1080× 1280 pixels) full HD display and is powered by a 1.4 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor. The device comes in two variants, one with 2GB RAM with 16GB internal storage and one with 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage. Both variants have expandable memory slot. The smartphone runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with LG UI 5.0 on top of it and has a decent 3000 battery removable battery. The device also features a fingerprint sensor on the back.

LG Stylus 2 Plus boasts a 16-megapixel rear camera, which comes with an Flash, and an 8-megapixel front snapper. Besides, the smartphone offers LTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), 4.1, GPS,a port, Proximity, Accelerometer, Digital compass, Ambient light, and G-Sensor. The handset measures 155 x 79.6 x 7.4mm and weighs 145 grams.
