LG is rumored to pack 3 GB RAM in the upcoming Optimus G2 smartphone and it will also sport the Long Term Evolution - Advanced.
LG is set to announce Optimus G2 smartphone sometime later this year. This new smartphone will feature 5-inch touchscreen display with full 1080p HD resolution. This device will be powered by the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 mobile chipset. Along with this chipset, LG is rumored to add 3 GB RAM in the smartphone for best performance.
Other detail rumored about the device is that it will feature LTE-Advanced support for faster mobile data connection.
LG Optimus G2 flagship smartphone is set to compete with Samsung's flagship Galaxy S4 smartphone with similar specifications but eight-core Samsung Exynos chip or quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chip.
LG aims to be the first company to boast about the smartphone with 3 GB Low Power Dynamic Data Range 3 (LPDDR3) RAM packed inside. Smartphones with 4 GB RAM are expected to be available next year 2014.
