LG has launched a new 5 inch phone, called Optimus GK. It has almost similar features as the Optimus G Pro, which comes with a 5.5 inch display.
LG Optimus GK is powered by a 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage, a micro SD card slot and a 3100 mAh battery. The phone also comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera and 2megapixel front camera.
Even in terms of software, the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean powered phone is similar to Optimus G Pro and comes with several software customisations including the recently introduced Dual-Recording feature that allows simultaneous video recording from both front and rear cameras.
The phone is 9.9 mm thick and weighs 156 grams. Unfortunately the phone is currently available in Korea only with no news on its availability outside of LG’s home soil.
