In March this year, The Mobile Indian reported the existence of LG L80. Now LG has officially launched the phone in Indonesia for IDR 2.5 million, which translates to roughly Rs 13,000.
The LG L80 features a 5 inch touchscreen with WVGA (800×480 pixels) resolution. It runs on a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm dual-core Processor with help of 1 GB RAM. Like the L70, the LG L80 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS with company’s proprietary Optimus UI on top of it.
The smartphone has a 5 megapixel rear camera, 4 GB expandable storage and a 2540 mAh battery. There is an LED flash in the rear panel as well. This dual-SIM smartphone comes with 3G, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and FM radio. Like the other L-series handsets like L70 it has the Knock Code feature too.
LG has earlier in March this year announced the L40, L70, and the L90 smartphones. The L70 and the L90 are already available in India Rs 14,500 and Rs 17,499 respectively.
