LG has launched LG G8s ThinQ smartphone in India for Rs 36,990. The LG G8s ThinQ comes only in Black colour in India and is now available for purchase across retail outlets.
LG G8s ThinQ was announced at the Mobile World Congress 2019 event earlier this year in Mirror Black, Mirror Teal, and Mirror White colours. It comes with Snapdragon 855 SoC processor, an MIL-STD 810G-certified build, and IP68 dust and water resistance rating.
The LG G8s ThinQ features a 6.2-inch OLED FHD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a Snapdragon 855 Chipset paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
There’s a triple camera configuration at the back with a combination of 12-megapixel primary sensor, a 13-megapixel Wide-Angle sensor, and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens. The front camera has an 8-megapixel (f/1.7 aperture, 1.22μm) lens with a 3D ToF sensor for 3D face unlock and selfies.
The phone runs Android 9 Pie and features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C 2.0 for connectivity. The phone comes equipped with a 3,550mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. The device additionally comes with Air Motion feature for air gestures. Connectivity options on the LG G8s ThinQ include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB Type-C, and more. It weighs in at 181 grams and measures at 155.3 x 76.6 x 7.99mm.
