Lenovo has today launched Lenovo Z6 smartphone in China. Lenovo Z6 comes in three variants – 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage priced at 1,899 Yuan, 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage is priced at 2,099 Yuan while the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage will cost you 2,499 Yuan. The phone comes in a single Blue colour.
Lenovo Z6 features a 6.39-inch OLED display with a waterdrop notch on top with 1080 x 2340 pixels full HD+ resolution and 93.1% screen-to-body ratio. It comes with HDR10 and DCI-P3 wide color gamut support, Corning Gorilla Glass and 600nits of brightness. The phone has a sampling rate of 120 Hz and it is equipped with De-Mura screen coloring technology to restore the brightness difference of each pixel on the display. It also features a sixth-generation in-display fingerprint scanner embedded into the screen which claims to unlock the device in just 0.13 seconds.
The Lenovo Z6 is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 8nm Chipset along with the Adreno 618 GPU with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The storage can be expanded up to 512GB through a microSD card is available on the smartphone.
For the camera, the phone features a triple rear camera setup with the combination of a 24-megapixel Sony IMX576 primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 5-megapixel secondary sensor, and an 8-megapixel tertiary camera sensor with 8x hybrid zoom and 2x Optical Zoom support. On the front side, it has a 16-megapixel sensor for taking selfies and video calling.
For the software, the smartphone runs on the Android 9 Pie based on ZUI 11 and is fueled by a 4,000 mAh battery that supports 15W Quick Charge 3.0. The battery will offer talk time of 38 hours, video playback of 26 hours and gameplay for 16 hours. The high-density lithium battery consumes less than 3 percent electricity at night. measures 157 x 74.5 x 7.97 and weighs 159 grams. The other features of the phone are Dolby Atmos, dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0 and 3.5mm jack.
