As anticipated, Lenovo has announced the launch of Phab 2 Plus phablet in India today. The Lenovo Phab 2 Plus is priced at Rs 14,999 and will be available for purchase through Amazon India. It comes in Champagne Gold, and Gunmetal Grey colours.
The Lenovo Phab 2 Plus has a metal unibody design and features a 6.4-inch screen with Full-HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) 2.5D Curved Glass display. It is armed with 1.3 GHz octa-core MediaTek (MT8783) processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It also houses a fingerprint scanner, which is integrated on the back panel of the phablet. The Phab 2 Plus runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Vibe UI on top of it. The Phab 2 Plus gets its strength from a powerful 4050 mAh battery, which claims to deliver up-to 23 hours of Talk time and up-to 17 days of standby time.
The Phab 2 Plus comes with 3GB RAM, and 32GB of internal memory, which can be further expandable up-to 128GB via microSD card same as Phab 2 phablet . The phablet flaunts a Dual 13-megapixel auto-laser camera setup with Dual tone LED Flash on its back panel and an 8-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.2 Aperture on the front panel. Besides, the phablet offers Hybrid Dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 802.11 a/b/g/n), WiFi Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and Dolby Atmos. The handset measures 17.4 x 0.55 x 8.8 cm and weighs 218 grams.
