Lenovo today announced the roll out of Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the Lenovo K4 Note smartphone in India. The update will offer various new features and support, including revamped App permissions, Google Now on Tap, Doze, adoptable storage etc.
Lenovo had earlier rolled out Android Marshmallow update for its K3 Note, A7000, P1, S1 and X3 smartphones.
Lenovo K4 Note was launched in India in January this year at Rs 11,999. The dual SIM Lenovo K4 Note comes with two 4G enabled SIM slots. It has a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera. The smartphone has a 5.5 inch full HD display, thus offering 401 ppi pixel density. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Besides, it has 3 GB RAM, 64 bit Mediatek MT6753 octa-core Processor and expandable memory of up to 144 GB. The phone comes with USB OTG functionality as well as fingerprint scanner.
Lenovo K4 Note weighs 158 grams with a huge 3300 mAh battery. It has a curved back panel and comes with replaceable back panels . There are five wood back panels for the K4 Note. The Lenovo K4 Note has dual front speakers and as per the company it is the first phone to have ‘Dolby Atmos over speakers’ technology. Besides, it has Lenovo TheaterMax technology.
