LeEco has recently brought 28.9 per cent share of Coolpad. Now it is reportedly developing a smartphone along with Coolpad. A teaser image is in circulation these days, which states “Coolpad + LeEco = Something Cool Coming Soon”. No official statement from either LeEco or Coolpad has come yet on the leaked teaser.
Meanwhile, apart from the teaser an image of the alleged smartphone has been leaked online, giving us a glimpse of the phone’s back panel that confirms Dual camera setup in the device.
As per rumors, the upcoming smartphone will have a metal unibody design (the image also confirms the same). It is expected to have a 5.5-inch display with 2K (QHD) resolution, It would be armed by a Snapdragon 820 processor, which will be paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The smartphone will be backed up by a 3500 mAh battery and will also house a fingerprint scanner, which will be integrated at the back panel of the phone. A dual camera setup at the back panel is expected.
It is interesting to see if the upcoming smartphone will have a joint branding or it will come with LeEco branding only. For this, we have to wait till the official launch.
