Lava has launched four new smartphones namely Lava Z60, Z70, Z80 and Z90. Out of them, Lava Z60 was recently spotted on Lava’s official website with full specifications. The Z60 is priced at Rs 5,500, the Z70 is priced at Rs 8,000, the Z80 at Rs 9,000 while the Z90 will cost you Rs 10,750. All the smartphones will be available for sale at retail stores and major e-commerce portals.
Lava Z60
The Lava Z60 has a 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) display, thereby offering Pixel density of 196 ppi. It is powered by a 1.1 GHz quad-core processor which is clubbed with 1GB RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. The Lava Z60 comes with 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable by up to 32GB via micro SD card. On the camera front, it has a 5-megapixel Autofocus rear camera with Beauty, Bokeh, Funny Cam, Templates and a same 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. Both the cameras feature LED flash.
The smartphone is powered by a 2500 mAh removable battery with Power Saver Mode which claims to offer 264 hours of standby time and 12 hours of talktime on 3G network. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/AGPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm jack, USB 2.0, Ambient Light Sensor, G-Sensor, Proximity Sensor and additional features like Flip to Mute, Smart Gestures, Power Saver Mode. The handset measures 143.6 x 72.3 x 9.1mm and measures 149 grams. It comes in Gold and Black colour options.
Lava Z70
Lava Z70 features 5-inch HD IPS display and it is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. It has 16GB internal storage and also supports expandable storage via micro sd card slot. The dual sim smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Star OS 4.1 on top. The smartphone features a fingerprint sensor at the rear, which apart from unlocking the device, can also be used to launch different apps, take selfies, and more.
The smartphone is backed up by 2,500mAh battery. For the camera, it comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera with flash and 5-megapixel front camera also with flash. It comes in White Gold and Black colour options.
Lava Z80
Lava Z80 features 5-inch HD IPS display and it is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. It has 16GB internal storage and also supports expandable storage via micro sd card slot. The dual sim smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Star OS 4.1 on top. The smartphone also features a fingerprint sensor at the back. The smartphone is backed up by 2,500mAh battery. For the camera, it comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera with flash and 5-megapixel front camera also with flash. It comes in Gold and Black colours.
Lava Z90
The Lava Z90 is the most premium out of the four smartphones and it comes with dual rear cameras at the back. The rear cameras compromises of 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel shooters while for the front there is an 8-megapixel camera with an LED flash.
The Z90 features a 5.2-inch HD display and it is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor. It packs 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Star OS 4.1 on top. It features 2750mAh battery and comes with Dual-SIM support. There is also a fingerprint sensor at the back of Lava Z90. It comes in Gold and Blue colours.
