China based Gionee has announced the launch of yet another low cost Android smartphone, which is named as Gionee P2S. The handset is priced at Rs 6,499 and has been launched in four colours – black, white, blue, and red.
The Gionee P2S comes with a 4 inch display with 480×800 pixels resolution. This 3G smartphone has Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, a 1.3 GHz Mediatek dual core processor, Mali 400 MP GPU, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB ROM, and an expandable storage slot that can accommodate a micro SD card of up to 32 GB.
It has a 5 Megapixel rear camera that lies alongside an LED flash. In the front, it has a VGA camera. This 124 gram weighing handset has a 1600 mAh battery that claims to provide 9 hours of talktime on 3G network. For connectivity, this dual SIM handset comes with WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and a micro USB port. It has FM radio and GPS as well.
