A new Karbonn smartphone, Karbonn Quattro L55 HD, has been found listed on the company’s official website. However, there was no information about its price or availability at the time of writing this news.

As per the listing, the Karbonn Quattro L55 HD has a 5.5-inch display with resolution of 720×1280 pixels and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. There is 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage in the phone. You can expand its memory by another 32GB using a microSD card in its expandable storage slot. The smartphone runs on 5.1 Lollipop operating system on top of which lies a customise interface – Kandy v1.0.

The Quattro L55 HD comes with a 13-megapixel auto-focus camera with flash on the back and a 5-megapixel fixed-focus selfie camera on the front. It is is backed up by a 2700 Li-Po battery, which claims to offer up-to 9 hours of talk time, and 130 hours of standby time. Further, the smartphone offer Dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, WiFi hotspot, GPS, a Micro-USB port, G-Sensor, Proximity & Light Sensor. Further, the smartphone is compatible with Glasses. The handset measures 152 x 77.2 x 8.9mm.

A week back, Karbonn mobiles had launched Aura Power smartphone at Rs 5,990. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, features a 12.7 cm (5) capacitive screen and is powered by 1.0GHz Quad Core processor. It provides internal storage of up to 8 GB, which is expandable to 64 GB. The smartphone has an 8 megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and LED flash and it comes with a 5 megapixel front camera. Powered by 4000 mAh battery, the device offers WiFi, Bluetooth, radio and GPS.
