Reliance Jio has suspended the pre-bookings of the JioPhone through its official website jio.com without any information about when will they resume it again. The website is currently only allowing the customers to register for the phone.

The Jio website is currently displaying the message “Thank you India! Millions have pre-booked the JioPhone. We will inform you when the pre-booking resumes”. The 4G-enabled feature was made available from 24th August for pre-booking from both online and offline channels. The Jio website crashed for some time on 24th August when the phone went live for pre-bookings for the first time. All you have to do is just dial 18008908900 and share your registered mobile number details to get an update about your pre-booking status. As of now, the number supports two languages – Hindi and English. The existing Jio customers can also view their status in MyJio app under Manage Voucher section.

If you haven’t pre-booked the JioPhone and planning to pre-book now, then you can’t pre-book now. You can only register for the Reliance JioPhone. The ‘Register Now’ option will ask for your first name, last name, phone number, email id and pin code. Those who want to get JioPhone units for business purpose, they need to fill in additional details like company name, the number of devices needed, PAN number, etc.
