iVOOMi has today announced the launch of its first smartphone with a notched display. Dubbed as iVOOMi Z1, the smartphone is originally priced at Rs 6,999 and it will be available on Flipkart starting from October 11. The company has announced that during Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale, the phone will be available at a special price of Rs 6,499.
Additionally, HDFC Bank Credit and Debit card users will get 10 per cent instant cashback on the purchase of the latest smartphone. The new phone comes bundled with Jio Football Offer, meaning that users will get a cashback of Rs 2,200, which can be redeemed on the recharge of Rs 198 or Rs 299 prepaid plans.
Jumping straight to the specifications, the iVOOMi Z1 comes loaded with a 5.67-inch HD+ FullView display with a notch on the top and a screen resolution of 1498 x 720 pixels. The phone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6739 Processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. With this, the smartphone will face a stiff competition with the likes of Honor 7S, Micromax Yu Ace and Xiaomi Redmi 5A.

On the camera front, the device features a 13-megapixel sensor with 5P lens and Sony IMX135 sensor. For the front, there is a 5-megapixel shooter with 1.12-micron Pixel size and 4P lens. The camera features Portrait Mode, Time Lapse, 6 Level Beauty Mode, Face Cute, Bokeh Mode, AI Camera, Professional Mode, High-Dynamic Range, and Panorama among others.
The new smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with company’s SmartMe OS 3.0 running on top of it. The phone is backed by a 2800mAh battery and it also features arear-facing fingerprint sensor. Connectivity option included dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, dual SIM and Micro USB port.
