ITEL today announced the launch of three smartphones and three feature phones in India. The feature phones will be categorized in 3 series viz. SmartSelfie, SmartPower and Shine and Smartphones will have SelfiePro, PowerPro and Wish series. The feature phones will be priced below Rs 2,000 while smartphones will cost less than Rs 10,000.
“SmartSelfie will attempt to redefine the consumer expectation whilst having a front camera in all its phones. SmartPower will be focussed on bigger longer lasting battery phones and Shine will have good looking phones. Similarly Smart phones will have SelfiePro focusing on comparably astounding camera experience, PowerPro catering big long lasting battery and Wish series providing value with good looking phones,â€ the company said in a press release.
The smartphones which were launched today include IT1508, IT1511, and IT1410 which are priced at Rs 3,899, Rs 6,999 and Rs 3,399 respectively. The features phones are named as IT5231, IT5600 and IT2180 and are priced at Rs 1,296, Rs 973 and Rs 839 respectively.
The Wish it 1508 comes in dark blue and champagne gold colours. It has a 5 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. It has 512 MB RAM, 8 GB internal storage, 5 inch display, Android 5.1 operating system, 1.2 GHz quad core processor, dual SIM and a 2400 mAh Li-Ion battery.
The IT1511 comes in black and champagne gold colours. It has an 8 megapixel rear camera, 2 megapixel front camera, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB of internal memory, 5 inch display, Android Marshmallow operating system, 1 GHz quad core processor, dual SIM and a 2500 mAh battery.
The IT1410 comes in gun black colour with 2 megapixel rear camera, 0.3 megapixel front snapper, 512 MB RAM, 8 GB of internal memory, 4 inch display, Android 4.4.2 operating system, 1.3 GHz dual core processor, dual SIM and a 2800 mAh battery.
The SmartSelfie it2180, SmartSelfie it5231 and SmartPower it5600 are GPRS-enabled dual-SIM feature phones. The it5231, it2180 and it5231 have 2500 mAh, 1000 mAh and 1900 mAh battery respectively.
