Recently, a render of OnePlus 5T was leaked online revealing a bezel-less display of the smartphone. Now, the company has started sending out media invites for a November 5 event via GSMArena where it is expected to launch OnePlus 5T. The event is scheduled to held at the Shenzhen Spring Sports Center in China.
The invite however does not mention the name of the device to be unveiled but it shows the image of a smartphone’s outline containing a T in it. The presence of T in the phone hints at the OnePlus 5 to be indeed the device to be launched. Reportedly, the OnePlus 5 is out of stock across the world (except India, where the festive season is going on currently), indicating the device is being discontinued.
Talking of the leaked render which was shared by SlashLeaks recently it showed a bezel-less display and the phone will come with an aspect ratio of 18:9. On the right, there is power on/off button, while on the left, there is physical toggle button and volume controls.
Previously, OnePlus 5T was reported to feature a 6-inch display with 2160 x 1080 Pixel Resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio, which is now becoming a new trend in the smartphone market. Additionally, the smartphone is reported to sport dual front camera setup. Other specs of the smartphone are not known at the moment.
