Intex Technologies has added a new member to its Aqua series with the launch of Aqua Note 5.5 smartphone in India. Priced at Rs 5,799, the smartphone was found listed on company’s official website and it is available for purchase from Amazon.
The smartphone features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and has a 70.28 percent screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, the device is powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 Processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. It backed by a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via micro SD card slot.
On the camera front, the Intex Aqua Note 5.5 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with selfie flash. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and it is juiced up by a 2800mAh Li-ion battery, which the company claims to give a talk time of 6 hours on LTE network and approx. 500 hours of standby time. On the connectivity front, it supports WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS/AGPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm jack, Dual-SIM and Micro USB port. The device measures 153 x 77.5 x 10.3 mm and weighs 177 grams.
