Intex Technologies has launched a women-centric smartphone, Aqua Glam, at Rs 7,690. As per the press release issued by the company, the phone is studded with “Sarvosky Chrystal stones” (we guess it is Swarovski Crystal stone). The handset has glass back cover and comes in Pink and Champagne color variants.
The highlight of this smartphone is that it comes pre-loaded with women-centric apps such as MakeUp App that offers makeup tips on cosmetic colors, makeup simulation, and makeover effects, Sanjeev Kapoor recipes app to keep you updated with the latest delicious recipes, Preksha Meditation app, Sashakt app that lets users to send messages in emergency situations and has a in-built Pedometer app as well.
Intex Aqua Glam features a 4.7-inch HD IPS (720×1280) display. It is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor along with 1 GB RAM and runs on latest Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
Aqua Glam sports an 8 Megapixel auto focus rear camera with dual LED flash and a 8-megapixel front camera for selfie lovers. It has various camera features such as panorama, face beauty mode, motion tracker mode, live photo mode, gesture capture, smile shot, HDR, face detection, voice capture, and anti shake (front camera).
For storage, the Intex Aqua Glam offers 8 GB of internal storage which is further expandable to up to 32 GB via a micro SD card. It has an 1850 mAh Li-Ion battery which claims to offer Talk time of up to 6.30 hours and up to 180 hours of standby time.
Intex Aqua Glam offers 2G/3G, dual SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS/ AGPS and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The handset measures 139.3 x 69 x 7.4 mm and weighs 116.2 grams.
