Infinix is all set to debut a new smartphone in India, called the Smart 7. It will succeed the Smart 6 from last year. The Infinix Smart 7 has already been unveiled for the global market. The company has also teased some of the key specifications and features of the device. Separately, Lava has unveiled a new 6GB RAM variant of the Lava Blaze 5G which also launched last year.
Infinix Smart 7 India launch
Infinix Smart 7 is all set to launch in India on February 22. It is confirmed to be priced under Rs 7,500 in India where users will get 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The Smart 7 includes a 6.6-inch HD+ display with 25% more brightness compared to other phones in the same segment with 400 nits of brightness. It will pack a 6000mAh that is 20% higher in capacity vis-a-vis other smartphones in the same category primarily operating on 5000mAh batteries, claims Infinix.
Lava Blaze 5G 6GB RAM Variant Price in India
The Blaze 5G 6GB variant will go on sale at a special price of Rs 11,499 on the launch day – February 15. The price will increase to Rs 11,999 from 16th February onwards. The smartphone will be sold on e-commerce platforms – Lava E-store and Amazon.in.
As for the specifications, the Lava Blaze 5G sports a 6.5 inch HD+ IPS display with Widevine L1 support along with a 90Hz refresh rate that cut blur in animations providing a clear and lag-free viewing everyday experience, says the brand. As for the chipset, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 Processor under the hood.
The Blaze 5G gets up to 6GB RAM with 3GB Virtual RAM support. Further, there’s 128 GB ROM and the device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery. The memory can also be expanded upto 1TB with a microSD card.
The new Lava smartphone runs on Android 12 OS with an anonymous call recording feature and features a 50 MP AI triple rear camera setup including one depth sensor and one macro sensor. Alongside, you get an 8MP front camera. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and a USB-C port for charging.
