Idea Cellular offers 10GB data at Rs 100 for postpaid customers

In order to avail this offer, customers need to apply through the My Idea app, which is available on Android and iOS.

Idea Cellular has today announces its ‘Data Jackpot’ offer through which Idea postpaid customers will be getting up to 10GB of data each month at an affordable rental of Rs 100.

In order to avail this offer, customers need to apply through the My Idea app available on Android and iOS. Users will be getting 10GB of data per month for first three months only and after they will be getting 1GB of data at the same price.

“The free data benefit will be applicable only on available Idea network as per following: Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra & Goa, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh East, Uttar Pradesh West, Jammu & Kashmir – 4G/3G/2G | Assam, Bihar, Karnataka, Mumbai, North East, Orissa, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal – 4G/2G | Delhi, Kolkata – 3G/2G,” the company said in a statement.

Earlier, the brand hadcome up with a new plan for its postpaid users. Priced at Rs 300, which can be availed by all Idea postpaid customers on limited rental plans of Rs. 199 and above.

The company will be offering this plan free to all postpaid customers on rental plans of Rs. 499 and above. Idea postpaid customers on base rental plans of Rs. 349 to Rs. 498 can avail the pack at a discounted rate of just Rs. 50, while those who have a base rental plan for Rs 199 to Rs 348 can avail this offer at a discounted rate of Rs 200. But there is a catch here. The discount is only available for the first three months of subscription and after that users will have to pay Rs 300 per month in order to avail this offer.

Further, the new pack is available for subscription till 30thApril 2017 and will be valid up to 31st March 2018, irrespective of the subscription date. The data benefit of 1GB / day is available only for 4G handset only and those who have a non-4G device will get 3GB data per month. Also, the Data benefit may vary based on the network available in the circle.
